Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, password, phone number, and organization details. If you join an organization via invite, we also associate your account with that organization.

Customer & Job Data

You may enter customer contact information, property addresses, insurance claim details, job records, estimates, and related notes into the Service. This data is stored on your behalf and belongs to your organization.

Photos & Media

Photos, annotations, and recordings you upload are stored in our cloud storage infrastructure. We do not access this content except as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.

Location Data

With your permission, we collect your device's geolocation to power canvassing features and map-based workflows. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings.

Usage & Analytics

We collect standard usage data including pages visited, features used, device type, browser type, IP address, and referring URLs. This data helps us improve the Service.

• Enable canvassing, storm tracking, CRM, job management, and estimate features

• Service providers: Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting), Wasabi (storage), Resend (email), Mapbox (maps), Anthropic (AI processing), and Vercel Analytics
• Your organization members: Data within an organization is visible to other members of that organization based on their role and permissions
• Subcontractors: Limited job details shared via public job pages with subcontractors you invite
• Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), encrypted storage, row-level security policies on our database, and secure authentication via JWT tokens. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
