By accessing or using CoContractor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CoContractor is a roofing contractor management platform that provides canvassing, storm tracking, CRM, job management, estimate generation, and related tools. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including customer records, job details, photos, estimates, and notes ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Data solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and store any personal information you enter about your customers, including compliance with applicable privacy laws.
Certain features use artificial intelligence to extract and process information (e.g., insurance document extraction). AI-generated outputs are provided as suggestions and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Mapbox (maps), NOAA/IEM (weather data), and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.
If applicable, paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make Your Data available for export for 30 days after termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoContractor and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Weather data, storm tracking, and hail reports are sourced from third parties and provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoContractor from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
